Even though it wasn't really serious in tone it did have a racial theme to it, once again focused on the ghettos and systemic racism... Interesting. I'm glad we watched this one so close to Candyman (1992) because they both feature a very similar scene at the end where the whole entire ghetto joins together for a common cause and produces a really powerful scene.
It got a 6/10 on IMDB, and I think that's fair! It's fun and has some great jump scares but the story was only so-so. Still it's a cult classic and I'm glad we've got it.
