If you've had bad meatloaf and think you hate it now, try this!! ^-^

Potato rings! ^-^
1 & 1/2 pounds medium ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 cup milk
1 cup homemade breadcrumbs
Splash of Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Teaspoon garlic powder
1 Teaspoon parsley
1/2 Teaspoon paprika
And for the glaze:
2 (heaping) tablespoons of brown sugar
2 tablespoons of mustard
1/3 cup BBQ sauce (I use a smoked hickory one, but it's up to you!)
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. In a large bowl combine beef, Worcestershire sauce, egg, onion, milk and breadcrumbs. Add seasonings and press into a grease-draining meatloaf pan.
3. In a smaller bowl, combine glaze ingredients and mix well. Pour evenly over meatloaf.
4. Cook for 1 hour, let rest 5 minutes
That's IT! Quick and easy and we're just two people so there's always leftovers. Makes a great lunch fried in a pan and served on a kaiser roll the next day!
