Made a nice beef stroganoff last night (butter and garlic not shown...I couldn't find the garlic but then it turned up *lol*) and just killed the leftovers for lunch (Scott got a lunch portion, too! It makes a lot).

BURGS! I used to make them huge but I really prefer the smaller size now (and if it's not enough I just have two).
Meatloaf (small portion...this was probably the day I finally hopped on the scale *LOL*)
And I got this new book that's been really interesting so far ♥
I definitely recommend it, if you're into that kind of thing. :)
