1 lb beef, Worcestershire sauce, 1 egg, fresh breadcrumbs, parmesan, parsley, thyme, red chilli pepper flakes, black pepper, salt...
So it's become a tradition that I make either meatballs or meatloaf on Mondays! This week, it was meatballs. :D
(More under the cut)

1/4 chopped onion + 3 cloves crushed garlic...
Makes 18 meatballs cooked for 18 minutes at 425! Mmm. I just KNOW my Nan visits me when I make the house smell like that. :)

Tonight, I think I'll make beef stroganoff! One of our new favourites :) (Finally teaching myself to cook more than 6 meals is the best thing I ever did <3)
My guy ended up getting off at noon and we were home and had the groceries put away by 3! Woo! Chipping away at housework again now but I thought I'd stop for a coffee break here first.
We started a movie last night and it's pretty MEH so far, but we're only halfway through so there's still a chance it could redeem itself (we only stopped it 'cause I was getting too tired). It has Tom Cruise--one strike against it right there...but it also has Morgan Freeman, so we're giving it a chance. (Sorry if you're a Tom Cruise fan! He's just not for me/us. No disrespect! I love lots of actors that many people don't like.)
...
That's all for now. :)
