Well it looks good, but I haven't tasted it yet. Letting it cool right now. :)
And I'm thinking this needs a big ol' pot of mashed potatoes! I have lots of fresh garlic because I had to buy the three pack (from Spain--and it's really good, pondhopper! *Lol*!) so I've gotta use those up. Kitchen's all cleaned up now and I think I'll just relax with you guys for a bit.
They turned out perfectly! It's the second time I've made this now so I can officially call it "tried and true". :)
