This photo (this woman) inspires me so much. If she can lift at 70 I can certainly keep up on my daily exercises. :)
And this gorgeous gal is my hair AND ab goals *lol*
Hair is so long!! I'm getting there, though. And I have the same type of wavy hair so this photo is a great example. And that stomach! So TONED! It is my goal this summer to be totally confident sitting in my bikini. THAT'S the hard part. ;)
So I've added serious crunches into the mix and WOW my core needs a lot of work. Definitely feeling that BURN! But I'm sick of being "skinny-fat" *LOL* (Tell me someone remembers that scene on Weeds? I LOVED that character!) Instead, I'm going for fit-strong.
I think I might take up running, too. Any runners here?
