
My standard breakfast.
Lunch was a tomato sandwich on toast with some sharp, old cheddar! Apple for dessert.

Afternoon snack! That's cream cheese there with the Ritz crackers. And a dark chocolate and nut granola bar!! ^-^

My energy is up, mood good, and I haven't weighed myself in months but I'd like to today (just curious) since my 0 jeans stopped fitting nicely (which is a good thing! I don't need to be a 0 and like my body better as a 2, anyway). I think the last time I weighed myself I was 112 (I'm only 5'5) so we'll see tonight after dinner.
